BREAKING: Four British Navy sailors 'sexually assaulted young woman at Canadian air base'

Craig Stoner, Darren Smalley, Joshua Finbow and Simon Radford were each charged with one count of sexual assault after the alleged incident which is believed to have happened at CFB Shearwater.

Sources said that the apparent victim was a young civilian woman and the Canadian Navy was not involved.

The alleged crime is said to have occurred at a barracks party after a hockey game.

“This is a disturbing accusation of sexual assault,” commanding officer Lt-Col. Francis Bolduc of the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service said.

“I’m pleased with the full cooperation provided by the British authorities to support the hard work and diligence of the CFNIS team in responding to this matter.”
