Female Batch B Corps Member Found Dead In Ilorin

Tragedy struck in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital, when a member of  the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), serving in the state, Miss Yetunde Shukurat Idowu, was found dead.

Her corpse was found on the streets, Sunday night.

Vanguard gathered that she was last seen at a popular shopping mall, Shoprite, located along Fate road, where she had gone shopping.

When she did not returned home, the fateful day,  her room mate and other ‎neighbours went in search of her. Yetunde’s corpse was later found in a street at Government Reservation Area, GRA.

The deceased, an indigene of Ogun state was a member of the 2014 NYSC Batch B set.

When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi confirmed the death of the corps member, saying the matter is under investigation.
