Ogun Has Paid N496m WAEC Debt, Says Amosun

Amosun, who further noted that government at all levels have lately been undergoing financial pressure, stressed the need for political office holders to think out of the box towards meeting statutory responsibilities.

He stated this during the inauguration of new transition committee chairmen for the 20 local government areas in the state held at the Obas’ complex, State Secretariat, Abeokuta, the state capital.

He stated that he had on Tuesday signed the cheque for payment of N496million being the outstanding registration fees for the state candidates.
