A disabled boy snubbed by David Cameron over his NHS treatment is taking his campaign to Downing Street.
Ben Baddeley has written to the Prime Minister to say why he feels “confused and let down”.
The cerebral palsy sufferer, 11, had to rely on donations from Mirror readers after his treatments were cancelled due to Tory NHS cuts.
We told how it took him hours to write to Mr Cameron due to his condition.
The PM’s reply came after two weeks - but offered treatment options which had already been ruled out.
His angry parents Amy and Gary claimed Mr Cameron had not checked on Ben’s situation before he made promises which he could not keep.
But they contacted Edward Timpson, Tory MP for Crewe and Nantwich, who has arranged for Ben to travel to London and hand in his letter personally at No 10.
It states: “I am a bit disappointed because you did not answer any of my questions. I really want to know why the NHS can’t help me. I thought it was there to help poorly people like me and all the other children the same as me.
“I am confused because you are our Prime Minister, I thought that meant you are in charge of all the big things in England.”
Mr Cameron told Ben the NHS was considering a specific funding request for him - but furious mum Amy told how that option had been ruled out months ago.
Now, Ben is going to deliver his letter in person on May 4.
