Bobby Brown's sister Leolah has hit out at the unknown photographer, who she believes must have taken the snap without their knowledge.
Leolah told TMZ: "You aint gon be able to pay people off on this one!"
She is also demanding a truth test, according to the site, as she added: "I will make sure that anyone who came anywhere near Bobbi Kriss- including myself take a lie detective test"
Whitney Houston's daughter was moved to a hospice last week after remaining on life support in hospital for the last six months.
Bobbi was found face-down in her bath at the end of January, and her father Bobby Brown and close family members have kept a bedside vigil ever since.
Now, according to TMZ, an "extended family member" took the photo and is now attempting to sell it - with the site turning it down when offered it.
It's reported to show someone hovering over Bobbi as she lays in bed in a horrific invasion of her privacy, and they are thought to be another family member.
It has been shopped to several magazines and websites.
Meanwhile her partner Nick Gordon has been spotted in Florida, as he's yet to visit her in the hospice - reportedly because family members have banned him.
The aspiring singer's other half allegedly wanted to say his goodbyes to the 22 year old, who is in a critical condition at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.
Troubled Nick, 25, looked downcast as he returned to his home after a shopping trip with his mother, Michelle, at the weekend.
He hung his head and appeared to be deep in thought as he walked from the car to his two storey duplex on Sunday afternoon wearing a crisp white Ralph Lauren polo shirt and dark jeans.
