The Queen of Pop made us all a bit red-faced when she uploaded a video of her son Rocco Ritchie, who is 14, doing a backflip in a garden while wearing a pair of bright orange boxer briefs.
She captioned the post: "Rocco's preferred profile #nosausage," which some fans may have found funny, others thought it was wildly inappropriate.
One Twitter user wrote on the social media site: "When will Madonna stop talking about their son's penis on Instagram?"
While another wrote underneath the clip: "I bet he was mad about that last post," referring to another snap which was later deleted by the star.
Meanwhile, the singer apologised after delaying the start of her tour to make sure it is "perfect".
The Unapologetic B***h hitmaker - who was set to kick off her Rebel Heart world tour in August - has pushed back her first performances by almost two weeks but has assured fans it will be "worth the wait".
In a statement on her website, Madonna said: "As my fans already know, the show has to be perfect.
"Assembling all the elements will require more time than we realised. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause my fans. I can promise you this show will be worth the wait. Can't wait to share it with all my Rebel Hearts out there."
The tour is now set to open with a concert in Montreal, Canada, on September 9, with her August 29 and 30, September 2, 5 and 6 shows in Atlanta, Miami and San Juan all having beed moved to late January 2016.
