Lagos State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Cyril Akhanemhe, has appealed to Lagos State government to provide a more befitting permanent orientation camp in the state.
The Coordinator said the NYSC current orientation camp at Iyana-Ipaja was no longer conducive and spacious to contain the ever-increasing members of the corps yearly.
Akhanemhe, appealed to Governor Babatunde Fashola at the NYSC Orientation Camp, in Iyana-Ipaja, during the swearing-in of the 2015 Batch ‘A’ Stream I corps members, deployed to Lagos State.
He also commended Fashola for his unwavering support to the scheme, especially in the provision of quality welfare to corps members.
