As the authorities of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) released the 2015 May/June results, a total of 40,821 candidates, representing 54.09 percent, scored five credits and above.
NABTEB, Registrar/Chief Executive, Olatunde Aworanti, who announced the results at the board headquarters in Benin-City on Thursday said the candidates have good scores in English Language and Mathematics.
Aworanti also said that 53,016 candidates representing 70.25 percent had five credits and above with or without English Language and Mathematics.
He pointed out that a total of 75,468 candidates sat for the examinations out of the 76,821 candidates that enrolled for the examinations nationwide, adding that of this number, 1,435 candidates, representing 1.9 percent, were involved in examination malpractices and related offences nationwide.
