A man shot and killed his elderly mother at an assisted living facility in New Jersey before turning the gun on himself, authorities have said.
George Buller III was visiting his 85-year-old mother Andree Buller at the Genesis HealthCare Voorhees Center in Voorhees on Sunday evening, Camden County Prosecutor's Office said.
Authorities said they had eaten dinner together and afterwards Mr Buller, 62, went out to his car.
He then returned inside and shot his mother. A nurse who ran into the room then saw him shoot and kill himself, authorities said.
No one else was hurt in the shooting.
