The star showed off her tiny waist and enviable abs in a revealing neon bikini in her latest Instagram snap.

Wearing her hair in a high ponytail, the star flaunted a seriously amazing tan as she pouted into the mirror, seemingly in a studio as work continues behind her.

Joey Essex's ex added a colourful kaftan over the top, and appeared flawless ahead of a photoshoot.

It came just hours after Sam posted a snap with her girls enjoying burgers and lobsters.

The star posed with a huge claw as she partied with Lydia Bright and more at the restaurant.
