Caitlyn Jenner will only be charged with a misdemeanor for her fatal crash.
The
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was involved in the smash in
February that left a 69-year-old widow dead and a report now claims
investigators will determined that negligence was the cause.
According to TMZ
, police have concluded that no alcohol or drugs were involved and
Catilyn wasn't texting, talking or on the phone when the accident
happened.

was driving a black Escalade when it crashed into a Lexus, which was
pushed into oncoming traffic, killing its driver – Kim Howe.
A
source told Radar Online: "It's unlikely Caitlyn will spend one day
behind bars, because the maximum penalty for misdemeanor vehicular
manslaughter is one year in jail. Caitlyn's driving record is
essentially clean, and she has no prior criminal history."
A surveillance video which shows the accident that occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway , and was taken from a passing bus with multiple photos, according to reports – showing the incident from two angles.
Caitlyn, who was then known as Bruce, released an initial statement over the crash, but has not spoken publicly since.
The driver of the Prius involved in the crash, as well as members of
Howe's family filed lawsuits against the 65-year-old reality star.
