The 19-year-old model, who is not usually as risqué as her younger sister Kylie, showed she'd followed in her footsteps and gave everyone a peak of her silver bar at the ESPYs in a revealing black top.
According to TMZ, the piercing in her left nipple is real and she didn't seem too bothered about it being on show as she walked the red carpet this week.
Kendall also posed for photographs at the event with her sister, who decided to keep her piercing covered up, while they supported Caitlyn at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The brunette beauty wore her hair down and showed off her stunning figure in the cut-out black outfit, which featured leather and lace panels and reached the floor.
Kylie looked amazing in a long, gold sparkling gown which had a high neck and long sleeves.
The 17-year-old reality star was previously pictured in a halterneck top in her piercing pic, posted to her pal's Instagram page.
And eagle-eyed followers were quick to point out an unusual shape below her shirt - suggesting she's had the new piercing done over Christmas last year.
"Damn kris lettin your underage kid get nipple piercings," one user wrote.
"I'm pretty sure she has her nipple pierced," another said.
And another user commented: "That's rude."
But others said the speculation was over nothing, writing: "I guess I'm blind because I don't see any piercing through."
"Next thing, why do people care. If she does have one then that's fine and if she doesn't then that is just fine as well," another said.
